Angelique Santos (b. 1999) is a Hong Kong-based multimedia artist, writer and researcher who uses her personal history and identity as a starting point to explore cultural and social diasporas in Hong Kong. From traditional art making such as drawing and painting, to an interest in sound and visual installation, her practice continues to evolve as she engages in community-based art projects.
Recent shows include parallel exhibitions of The Essence of Sundays (2023) at the 2023 AVA Graduation Exhibition as well as at TriAngle Centre for Innovative Service Learning in June, a group exhibition presented by STARFRAGMENTS titled Daap Toi shown at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre from June to July 2023, and a group exhibition titled Flânerie at Young Soy Gallery in August 2023.
